Daniel has worked in a variety of settings: with children, veterans, nurses in the ICU, end-of-life concerns in hospice, and in community mental health. Using this experience, Daniel will sit with you in your hardest moments of grief, trauma, rage, and despair without flinching or redirecting. He understands that patience, groundedness, and the ability to hold space for difficulty, allow us to move through painful experiences. He works with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, specializing in anxiety, depression, PTSD, religious trauma, grief, and existential concerns. He draws primarily from Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to what each person needs.
