Daniel Berarducci, MA

Psychotherapist
NV
Hi there, I'm Daniel! Hello, my name is Daniel Berarducci, and I have been practicing therapy in Nevada for over a decade as a Clinical Professional Counselor (CP0071). My areas of focus include helping people with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, and personal/professional performance improvement. My practice centers on a Humanistic/Holistic approach to care while also strengthening logical processing of experiences. My approach During my professional development, I became attracted to the writings of Carl Rogers and Abraham Maslow within the Humanistic approach to counseling and therapy. I have also studied Sport Psychology, which aligns well with the current societal focus on "work-life" balance. I create a therapy experience that is individualized, empathetic, caring, growth-promoting (sometimes challenging and direct), culturally relevant, and goal-oriented. While I have knowledge of many therapeutic theories and draw from most of them, my foundation is firmly based in Humanistic theories. My focus Throughout my career, I have primarily worked with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and personal/professional performance concerns. However, as I tell most individuals, "What is important for you is important for me." I do not set an agenda or use a structured weekly treatment protocol. Instead, I ask my clients to come prepared to discuss and work on past, present, or future concerns they are experiencing, so we can work through discomforts for future growth within themselves. My communication style My aim is always to create an environment that is safe, growth-promoting, and open and honest for one’s development. I will ask you to work on areas for your growth and will be direct when concerns are consistently demonstrated but not addressed for improvement. You can think of me as your "coach."
