I work with individuals and couples, and my passion is working with veterans, military members and their partners. After serving 23 years on active duty in the Air Force, I know the demands and challenges of military life and honored to serve the military community in a different role.

Whether young adults are trying to find their passion and purpose, someone going through divorce or separation, military retirement, or caring for aging parents. I have an easy-going, conversational style.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe clients have the solutions to their problems, but need tools, support, and confidence to make positive changes. I understand life's challenges, and the difficulties navigating those transitions.
