I begin working with clients through an initial meet-and-greet, giving us the opportunity to connect and decide if we’re a good fit. Building a strong, therapeutic relationship is very important to me. I believe trust and comfort are the foundation for meaningful progress. In our daily lives, we all take on different roles, and sometimes we can lose sight of who we truly are. Therapy is a space where you can show up as your authentic self to begin the process of rediscovering who you are. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered in your journey.
