I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and New Jersey State Certified School Counselor with more than 10 years of experience across hospital, corrections, supportive housing, K-12, and community-based mental health settings. My clinical experience includes crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, and evidence-based interventions including CBT and DBT. What is your typical process for working with clients?

During your first session, we will take time to talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and relevant personal, emotional, and psychosocial history. Together, we will identify your goals and develop a treatment approach that fits your individual needs. In ongoing sessions, we will work collaboratively to better understand patterns, build healthy coping strategies, manage emotions and stress, and develop practical tools to support your overall well-being. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable working at a pace that feels right for you.
