I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with over 9 years of clinical experience. My work has allowed me to engage and support clients challenged by depression, anxiety, adjustment situations, trauma, loss and grieving, and addictive substances. I utilize client-centered and solution-based approaches in my therapeutic work and strongly advocate for the client to determine what priorities are most significant in the therapeutic relationship. In doing clinical work, I see my main objective as the creation of a safe, respectful, and trusting environment for the client to share thoughts, emotions, ideas, and anything else, both openly and authentically. Life is often quite complicated and overwhelming, and asking for help can be a fearful obstacle to overcome.
