I have had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespanfrom young children to older adultsin a variety of settings, including schools, crisis units, hospitals, and private practice. While Ive worked with many different populations, I specialize in supporting children and teens as they navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, schoolrelated stress, social difficulties, and parentchild conflict. My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients and families feel heard and empowered.
