I believe in approaching therapy as being on a team where the client and I work together to bring about the change wanted and to guide the client in the positive direction he or she is seeking for their future. I am an advocate for women who experience trauma and sexual abuse due to they are constantly fighting for their self-worth and identity in self and would benefit from having a cheerleader who not only understands them but also will fight along with them for a better life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work in collaboration with the client, where they can have a voice in their treatment goals and progression while working with them to bring meaningful change into their life. I will be a cheerleader on your team that works together with you to motivate you to your full potential while helping you understand who you were, who you are, and who you will be.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My first session consists of building rapport and establishing trust with a new patient. This is very important to gain the trust of a patient, especially when a patient has to reveal inner turmoil while expecting a non-judgemental environment.
