Getting to know Danielle Angelson-Welch

I work with women primarily in mid life and during life transitions. Women’s health is shaped by a series of evolving physical, emotional, and life transitions that can impact how they feel, function, and care for themselves and others. Mid-life, in particular, can bring changes that feel difficult to navigate alone. They may feel overwhelmed by shifting roles at work or home, coping with grief and loss, or noticing physical and emotional changes related to perimenopause or menopause. Many women begin questioning their careers, relationships, or the pressure of caring for others while having little time for themselves. I work with women who are navigating mid-life transitions, caregiver burnout, grief, anxiety, career changes, and the ongoing stress of balancing work, family, and personal well- being. I also support women through reproductive and maternal mental health experiences, including infertility, pregnancy, and the emotional and physical adjustments of the prenatal and postpartum periods.
