Hi there, I'm Danielle! I'm Danielle Larin, a Native Hawaiian Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California (CA LMFT 103879) who integrates trauma-informed principles and Indigenous Knowledge Systems. I am regarded as a transformative care provider because of my innovative and individualized approach to recovery. I am willing to explore and challenge traditional Western thought, which makes me a controversial provider in some systems. My journey to mental healthcare I have always had a curious mind and wanted to understand myself through my own experience. Now, I am driven by a strong sense of social justice. I see how mental health inequality disproportionately impacts BIPOC communities, and I want to support the restoration of communities surviving historical and cultural trauma. My education I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Riverside. My goal is to provide comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique needs.
