“Danielle is very engaging. She really empowers you to explore your feelings and reactions. Her style allows you to review what is helping you and let go of what you cannot change. Getting to know Danielle Lucia

Difficulty relaxing? Constantly overthinking? Overwhelmed by your emotions? Feeling stuck? My name is Danielle, and I specialize in supporting women who are struggling to manage anxiety, panic, low self-esteem, PTSD, and/or a pattern of unhealthy relationships. Women who may be frustrated that their coping tools are no longer working or those who feel ready to shift from managing their emotional pain to healing it. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. Although it can be therapeutic to talk about our problems, I believe that we need to feel our emotions to truly heal. I specialize in using Brainspotting and somatic techniques to support you in healing emotional stress and trauma and creating a stronger relationship with yourself. I approach therapy with an open mind and heart, providing a safe space to address your concerns without shame or judgment. I believe that you are the expert on yourself, and my role is to support and guide you toward healing whatever is keeping you stuck.

What should a new client know about working with you?

The focus of my treatment is less about talk therapy and more about helping you to process the root of what is creating your emotional pain. We will work towards identifying how your past experiences may be contributing to your present circumstances, becoming more present in your body, and reprocessing emotional stress/trauma so that it does not impact you in such a significant way.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
