As well as general supportive counsel for clients. Based on needs that are unique to you, I am able to adapt my approaches to best serve you, in the present and for the future. The ultimate goal is for you to feel and see healthy progressions on your mental wellness journey. My focus I work with adults who are seeking to manage anxious mood, life transitions, past traumas, improve and increase self-esteem, self-image, confidence, etc. The goal is to build those wellness muscles, learn and implement effective healthy coping skills in your daily life. My communication style My experiences over the past 20 years have allowed me to display care, compassion, and psycho-education for clients who are serious about their mental health.
