What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is warm, nurturing, and empathic. I’m a deep listener and aspire to see, hear, and accept all parts of you. As a therapist I am always on a growth journey as well, and have specialized training in Mindfulness & Self-Compassion, Expressive Arts Therapies, Buddhist Psychology, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My therapeutic approach is holistic and integrates tools from Psychodynamic Theory, Relational Therapy, Humanistic Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I care deeply about the mind-body-spirit connection.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I meet you where you are, I listen to where you want to be, and I walk alongside you towards your goals. I believe therapy is a partnership, an honorable journey we are on together towards self-awareness and self-compassion. I’m passionate about creating a safe space for you to connect to your strength and values, heal wounds, open your heart, search for meaning, foster self-love, and grow.
