We all face challenges at some point of life therefore, exploring options, setting goals allows one to become the best version of the self. I am here to support, encourage, motivate and challenge one to a path of real change. I offer a safe, comfortable and nonjudgmental environment that supports the therapeutic process. This includes closing up past wounds and using scars as building blocks to recovery and restoration. We will build rapport and work collaboratively to identify internal conflicts and barriers which hinder personal growth.
