Hi there, I'm Daria! I have been in clinical practice since 2009. I am licensed in Florida as a Mental Health Counselor with a major in Clinical Psychology. I earned my Master's in Psychology from Moscow State University. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and specialize in personality disorders, addictions, PTSD, depression, and many other conditions. I am proficient in several proven therapeutic approaches and apply the most effective ones for each client. My approach Through the psychodynamic point of view, I apply elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, schema therapy, and some other therapeutic methods. My focus I work with various personality disorders, depression, anxiety, addiction, and family conflicts. I work with kids through a neuropsychological approach. My communication style I see therapy as a collaboration between therapist and client to create functional internal and interpersonal mechanisms for the client.
