Provider failed to show up to two appointments without notice.

The experience was nonexistent I made an appointment I got a link sent to me. I jumped on the Zoom call and the doctor/host never showed up. I stayed on for 20 minutes then got off. I received a email about two hours later saying that they were sorry that I didn’t make the appointment not that they missed it. They took no accountability and that’s kind of a bad thing for a therapist.
