In addition to being a licensed marriage and family therapist for over ten years, I have 20 years of experience working with survivors of sexual assault/abuse as a certified sexual assault crisis counselor. My approach My approach is grounded in understanding and validating your unique story by utilizing elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic, and EMDR. My focus I am passionate about empowering women as well as assisting clients working through depression, anxiety, trauma, infertility, postpartum depression/anxiety, ADHD, or the lasting effects of sexual assault.
