My focus is on clients dealing with anger management, depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, marital or couples counseling, low self-esteem, communication skills, and everyday stress. My communication style with clients is warm, welcoming, calm, laid-back, and as light as possible to help minimize tension and discomfort during sessions.
