I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s in Counseling from National University. My approach I am a Certified Imago Therapist with extensive experience providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings. My approach includes Imago Therapy combined with practical cognitive and behavioral strategies, dialectical behavioral treatment (DBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic insights. I am also trained in EMDR. My focus I typically work with teens and adults on issues including anxiety, codependency, coping skills, depression, geriatric and seniors’ concerns, family conflict, men’s issues, spirituality, stress, trauma, and PTSD. My communication style I work with clients both in person and through telehealth.
