I'm here to help you find steadier ground. I'm Darryl Webster, a licensed therapist with 35 years of experience in social work, having served in a range of roles supporting both children and adults. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life's heavier seasons—including those caring for someone they love. My approach draws on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness—practical, evidence-based tools you can actually use, paired with a warm and unhurried space to be heard. I also bring something beyond my professional training: lived experience. In my twenties, I moved through my own struggles with anxiety and depression, and that journey taught me a great deal about what real healing asks of us. It's part of why I understand that recovery isn't linear—and why I meet my clients with genuine empathy rather than judgment.
