Choosing a therapist is an important decision. Thank you for your consideration, and I hope we have the opportunity to work together. I believe that all of us have unique strengths and potential. Psychotherapy offers clients the chance to utilize these strengths to overcome a variety of life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, addiction, career stress, relationship issues, and family conflict. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from McDaniel College, which has equipped me with the skills to support clients effectively. I believe clients gain the most from therapy when they actively explore thoughts and patterns of behavior that might be holding them back.

We LOVE and appreciate Dave’s expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy. He challenges us every session and has fostered healthy communication and interpersonal skills for my husband and I after only 4 sessions. We look forward each week to the reflections and expert insights Dave offers.
