Life can feel overwhelming at times, and my role is to provide a space where you feel truly heard, accepted, and supported. I work collaboratively with my clients, working to uphold what is important to them. My approach Therapy with me isn’t just about talking; it’s about discovering new ways to move forward and live in a way that feels authentic to you. My passion is walking alongside people as they find hope, healing, and new possibilities—and I’d love to help you write the next chapter of your story. My focus I work with teens, couples, and adults to navigate stress, anxiety, sadness, and life changes—focusing on your strengths and resilience rather than just your struggles. I challenge my clients as we work through the changes. My communication style I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for people to work through life’s most difficult moments. With warmth and curiosity, I help clients navigate challenging conversations while making sure our work is collaborative—you’ll always have space for open dialogue and feedback as we move forward together. My journey to mental healthcare I started as a conflict mediator in high school, eventually leading the program alongside staff. That passion for helping others led me to major in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and Family Studies, and later pursue a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. Along the way, I’ve worked with underserved populations, those with chronic illnesses, professional athletes, and many more. My goals for you In our first session, we will discuss your goals and purpose for coming in for therapy. It is my aim to use your strengths to further your progress and honor the spaces in which you are the main character of your story. My first session with you In our first session, we will review any questions you may have about the intake paperwork, followed by an intake assessment, ending with a mindfulness meditation practice, ensuring you have a new tool to take home with you.
