We founded Innovative A.C.T.S out of a pure passion for people, the community and the world at large. Our goals, ambitions, and inspirations are to create a safe space for all persons to embrace who they are and to work on challenges that keep you from being the self that you aspire to become. Since opening, we work to become masters of our craft. We go above and beyond to obtain education, quality, professionalism and experiences that enhance the impact that we have in assisting others.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My mission is to provide the highest quality of care through therapeutic modalities to help guide you to clarity and understanding in life’s most challenging moments. I make a conscious decision to sit with individuals and families in their darkest times, while honoring integrity and confidentiality. As an experienced therapist, I have expertise in mental health, depression, anger management, couple/family therapy and much more. I aim to help you achieve more fulfilling relationships, an increased sense of self, the ability to cope better with life, enjoy increased work productivity and improved adjustment to life’s many transitions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My work with people is strength-based and client-centered. I provide a nurturing and supportive environment to meet you where you are and identify needs by listening and using your personal strengths along with my professional guidance and experience to help guide therapeutic sessions. I utilize a variety of modalities depending on your needs and goals that include but are not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral, Family Structural, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, Couples, Trauma informed, components of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Behavioral therapy
