What should a new client know about working with you?

1. Rapport Building: Help the client feel more welcome. I consider specific steps that might make therapy more welcoming for the client. I develop a therapeutic relationship that will help foster growth and trust as the therapy sessions continues to progress. 2. Therapeutic relationship The therapeutic alliance is a relationship, and ideally a close and trusting one. Relationships take time to build. My investment in these early interactions is an investment in the trust that will ultimately help a client open up. 3. Therapeutic process: The therapeutic process is strengthened when the therapeutic relationship is healthy and then the process of therapy is continued through a variety of therapeutic interventions. Clients leave therapy with hope and with tools provided for progress.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
