What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, anger, ADHD, substance use, relationship issues, parenting roles and traumatic experiences. I take a nonjudgmental and compassionate approach to all of my clients. I am committed to providing a safe and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients and members of other marginalized groups.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I practice an Integrative approach to counseling, blending elements of evidenced-based practices, such as Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems. Most importantly, I believe in tailoring treatment options to the unique needs of each individual.
