My approach is person-centered, which means we’ll focus on your unique strengths, goals, and challenges. I also bring in tools from a variety of therapies, including DBT and ACT, to help you build the life you want. Most of my clients see their symptoms lessen within a few sessions.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, and I have been trained to help clients overcome a wide variety of mental health issues. If you're struggling to feel like your old self, or if you just want to improve your current self, I would be happy to help.

I use unique, individualised treatment plans for every person I work with, because every individual faces unique challenges and comes from their own individual circumstances.
