What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a unique, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach to therapy that integrates the healing power of nature through therapeutic horticulture. Grounded in Polyvagal Theory, my work focuses on helping you regulate your nervous system—shifting from states of fight, flight, or freeze into a sense of connection and safety. From this grounded place, we can begin to re-story your past experiences, nurture resilience, and plant the seeds for meaningful growth and a more empowered future.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

What Clients Can Expect Through our work together, clients gain a deeper understanding of their nervous systems, their inner selves, and the ways past experiences have shaped their patterns of protection and response. Therapy at The Planted Brain is not just about healing—it's about empowerment, insight, and long-term growth. Healing with Purpose By choosing to work with me, you're also supporting something bigger. A portion of every session helps fund free workshops and mental health programs for underserved and under-resourced communities throughout Los Angeles. Together, we’re increasing access to affordable, trauma-informed care—one session at a time.
