Hi there, I'm Dean! My name is Dean Del Giudice, and I?m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of experience. I hold a Master?s in Psychology from Antioch University. My approach to therapy is custom-tailored to each client?s needs, so you can expect exceptional results from the work we do together. My approach I have extensive training in several theoretical approaches. I utilize and integrate techniques from psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, Gestalt therapy, and reality therapy. No single approach is complete or necessarily the best fit for every client. My goal is to get the best results in the least amount of time for my clients. Therefore, I observe what my clients are most responsive to in order to obtain optimal results for them. My focus I elevate my clients? communication skills to a much higher level so they both benefit by speaking their truth and feeling heard by one another. I also have a great deal of knowledge and experience in treating individuals with personality disorders, especially narcissistic and dependent personality disorders, as well as a host of other personal issues. I have received a lot of very positive feedback from the couples and individuals I have worked with over the years. I am the author of a book called *Tactical Boundaries: How to Make All of Your Relationships Work for You*, available on Amazon. I help couples identify the areas in which they are lacking boundaries and help them understand exactly what boundaries are and how to implement them in a way that is not hurtful or offensive. Communication skills are also something that usually needs attention. So many arguments result from poor or offensive ways of speaking to one another. My journey to mental healthcare After years in sales and marketing, I wanted to do something that gave my life meaning. Helping people live more successful lives and have richer relationships gives my life the purpose and meaning I was missing!
