I use an integrative approach that includes CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Expressive Arts, and other theoretical methods tailored to each client's needs. Additionally, I offer Therapeutic Coaching for clients with minimal mental health concerns who seek guidance during business or life transitions. I enjoy working with adults and couples facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, emotional regulation, family discord, grief and loss, trauma, relationship concerns, and personal or business-related difficulties. My communication style is open and engaging, and I am an active listener. Clients often share that they feel truly heard and lighter after our sessions. My goal is to understand each client's concerns and the goals they wish to achieve. Together, we develop a personalized plan that works best for them.
