I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Barry University and a Bachelor's degree from Florida International University. Some of my work experience includes supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, family relationships, intimate relationships, as well as grief. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a variety of ages in various settings, and I consider myself flexible, patient, and passionate about helping others. My approach to therapy consists of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, coupled with psycho-educational tools.
