I work with individuals who want to move beyond simply managing day-to-day challenges and toward understanding the deeper roots of what they're experiencing. My approach focuses not only on coping strategies, but on helping you explore where patterns, emotions, and reactions come from so we can address them at their source. As that deeper work unfolds, many people find that their day-to-day symptoms naturally begin to ease. I incorporate EMDR into much of my work, not only for trauma but also as a tool for processing a wide range of experiences and concerns. I see therapy as collaborative. We work together, but I also believe that you are the most important resource in this process. My role is to support, guide, and help you access the insight and resilience you already carry within you.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
