I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2013 and have been working with youth ever since. I specialize in working with children, families, and young adults to get to know you and your story as an individual without any biases. I will work alongside you as an agent of positive change and support, providing an open mind, empathy, and a path to discover your best self. My therapy modalities combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and Mindfulness. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, family and relationship issues, LGBTQI+, and postpartum. I am a lifelong learner inspired by my clients and am constantly expanding my skills to help develop healthy behavior patterns, build self-worth, and improve communication skills. In my free time, I love spending time with my toddlers, practicing yoga, getting out in nature, and trying new restaurants. I am also passionate about the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit in maintaining holistic wellness.
