Hello, I'm Deborah. With over 20 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals who have lost hope due to trauma, addictions, abuse, and depression. We all make choices throughout our lives thinking they are the best at the time, only to realize later that some of those choices may have caused harm to ourselves and our loved ones. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Addiction Specialist, specializing in trauma of all kinds. My approach is client-centered, meaning you are in the driver's seat. I am here to assist you in deciding what tools you want to utilize and what you want to work on. Some of the tools I employ include life mapping, replacing the lies we've believed with truth, EMDR, and various forms of group and individual services. My goal is to help you get to where you want to be, not where you've been. I firmly believe that there is always hope, that restoration is possible, and that change is achievable. I am also open to telehealth meetings after our initial meeting, providing flexibility and convenience for your therapy sessions.
