Deborah earned a Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Maryland. She helps children, adolescents, and families navigate a variety of challenges including anxiety, ADHD, behavioral issues, mood disorders, and more. In therapy, Deborah embraces a strengths-based perspective, utilizing techniques rooted in cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapies. She helps clients acknowledge what brought them to the office and learn how to independently integrate coping tools into their everyday lives. With this independence comes the confidence and intrinsic motivation to keep moving forward.
