As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW, I truly believe that when things change inside you, things change around you. My approach to therapy is centered on this belief, and I am committed to supporting you through every step of your journey.
I specialize in a variety of areas including anger management, anxiety, dementia, depression, grief and bereavement, medical issues and physical health, military and veteran support, spirituality, stress, adolescent and teen mental and behavioral health, life transitions, PTSD, sex and intimacy issues, and sleep disorders. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to your unique needs, and I'm dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.
