My approach The following are models I have worked with, but not limited to. I am a Functional Family Therapist-Child Welfare (FFT-CW) trained therapist who utilizes a national FFT evidence-based model to work with referred youth and families. I provide Community Psychiatric Supports and Treatment (CPST), which is a goal-directed support and solution-focused interventions intended to achieve identified goals or objectives as set forth in the individual's recovery plan. I have a focus on psychotherapy, which is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) driven, and have been trained in EMDR Therapy. My focus I have provided therapy for both children and adults and can honestly say I enjoy working with all ages in various stages of life. I am comfortable working with Anxiety or Panic, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Depression or Mood Disorders, Learning Disabilities, Stress Management, Women’s Mental Health, and Reprocessing Trauma. My communication style I help my clients gain knowledge through their experience in an optimistic way in a warm, supportive, therapeutic environment. It can be very advantageous to have someone by your side who is nonjudgmental, understanding, and compassionate. I am that person.
