I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. I have experience helping clients with trauma, abuse, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, anger, career difficulties, and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My approach As a therapist, I teach clients resiliency to help individuals overcome barriers and cope with everyday stressors. I use Talk Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. My focus I work with children, adolescents, and adults to address trauma, depression, behavioral problems, grief, self-esteem building, and life coaching.
