My approach helps people become available to the experience of awareness and wisdom, improving their relationship with themselves. This relationship forms the basis and sets the tone for every other relationship we have. Strengthening this connection supports healthier relationships, better stress management, and a happier, more effective life. I often incorporate spirituality to address issues and struggles, viewing it as an inward journey to explore who we are, find our authentic self, and connect with our true nature. My medical background, combined with a Master's in Psychology from the Eisner Institute for Professional Studies, helps me understand mental health scientifically while addressing mood, personality, and thinking disorders, including family conflicts.
