As a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, I am a multicultural therapist who enjoys working with diverse communities. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, attachment concerns, parenting styles, anger management, emotional or spiritual distress, and co-occurring disorders, and I remain open to expanding my expertise. I draw from a variety of approaches including CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, person-centered, solution-focused, mindfulness, narrative, art, and acceptance-based therapies, tailoring each to meet the unique needs of the individual. My goal is to provide a warm, empathetic, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients can process their experiences and move toward hope and healing.
