What should a new client know about working with you?

If someone is hesitant to seek services, I would start by telling them that it's much harder to keep things inside than it is to let them out. The longer we hold our burdens, the heavier they become to carry. Remember, all of our services are confidential, providing a safe space to share and heal. My services integrate a holistic approach, addressing mind, body, and spirit, with a faith-based component for those who seek it. I create a confidential and trusting environment where you can explore your challenges comprehensively, knowing that your privacy is respected and your values are honored. My goal is to support your overall well-being and help you find peace and balance in all aspects of your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins when a client signs up for services. Upon signing up, clients will receive an email from me containing intake forms to complete. During our initial session together, we will review these forms and discuss the client's reasons for seeking services. Based on our discussion, I will assess the client's needs and evaluate any potential diagnoses that may be affecting them. Together, we will then determine the frequency of sessions and schedule convenient meeting times. Subsequent sessions are primarily driven by the client, empowering them to guide their own treatment. Each individual receives a customized treatment plan tailored to their unique goals for their healing journey
