Selah Therapy PLLC

You’re the one everyone leans on—at home, with family, and in your relationship—but you’re running on empty. You feel anxious, overwhelmed, and like you’ve lost pieces of yourself while trying to hold everything together. At Selah Therapy, I help women—especially first responder spouses—work through the stress, burnout, and relationship strain that often comes with carrying so much. Together, we’ll create space for you to breathe, process what’s weighing you down, and reconnect with who you are and what brings you peace. Therapy with me is compassionate, practical, and tailored to help you feel more grounded, confident, and supported. I also offer Christian counseling upon request. Virtual sessions available across Illinois.
