I am licensed in Florida with 9 years of professional work experience and over 13 years in the mental health field in multiple capacities. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, and abuse. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I believe the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is of utmost importance, and I am here to support you throughout that process.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic style is interactive and warm. I believe in treating everyone with the upmost respect, showing empathy and allowing room for autonomy. I meet clients where they are by using (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy or (DBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy as needed; as there are no two individuals that present the same challenges. Your treatment plan will be developed and tailored towards meeting your unique and specific needs while empowering you to grow within your own strengths.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
