Hello, my name is Denise Dugan, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. My approach to therapy is to help you develop a healthy relationship with yourself and implement supportive strategies when navigating difficult situations or complex emotions. I provide psychotherapy services to individuals and couples ready for a change. I am here to be a safe space for clients of all genders, races, ethnicities, and sexual orientations. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We work together toward the goal of finding solutions to the anxiety and stresses presented in therapy. My role as a therapist is to help you gain insight and awareness to make necessary changes in your life and behavior that reflect how you want to be in the world.
