Getting to know Denise Stylianides

I have experience working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem issues. I look for opportunities to learn about their experiences. I believe the highest benefit of therapy is gained by meeting you wherever you may be on your journey. I enjoy treating adults through individual therapy to help navigate life transitions and life stressors. In the therapeutic relationship, you will gain tools to further your strengths and gain perspective on obstacles and how to best overcome them. I use an approach that is understanding, compassionate, and without judgment to guide your journey to healing. I graduated from Alliant International University, Los Angeles Campus, with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My bachelor’s degree is in Child Development and Family Studies. I have worked in a multitude of settings, including outpatient, in-home treatment, and school settings. I am committed to supporting individuals in meeting their higher potential while overcoming barriers to living their best lives.
