Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my biography. I am so happy you went with your instinct to start counseling. I have been a Therapist for over 14 years, specializing in marriage and family therapy. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. With over 30 years of experience working with people in various capacities, I bring a broad perspective to my practice. I have been a substitute teacher at an alternative high school, a silver star rescue diver, an EMT-Intermediate, and I have worked at a psychiatric hospital serving individuals ages 12 through 80. These diverse experiences have shaped my ability to be an empathetic Therapist, helping others achieve their goals by building on their own strengths.
