Life can be really hard. Relationships are often among the most challenging, especially with our significant other. Let's face it, parenting can also feel impossible. Our work relationships and our connection with society in general can sometimes be more than we can bear. If you are anything like me, we often do not handle these challenges in the best way, which leads to anxious feelings, depressed mood, and unhealthy coping like addiction, arguing, or withdrawal and isolation. I get it. On top of it all, "asking for help" can be an added stressor, but it is usually the first clinical skill developed to start gaining control over our life and mental well-being. I am a Client-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral therapist skilled in evidence-based support that is proven to be very effective in helping people with life's challenges. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and addictions. I hold a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Bethany University.
