I earned my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Midwestern State University and I independently practice in the state of Texas. With a solid foundation in Community Health and Victim Advocacy, I bring a trauma-informed approach to my counseling practice. My goal is to empower clients as they navigate the complexities of their emotional and mental well-being, fostering resilience and growth along the way while watering what is already there. Life can be incredibly overwhelming, and sometimes it can feel like a constant struggle. My passion is helping you to achieve that, even if it means rediscovering who you truly are. I am here to support you in finding your purpose and overcoming life’s struggles with managing these challenges together.
