I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialty in Health & Behavioral Health. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s degree from Prairie View A&M University. I have over 5 years of experience working as a Clinician in psychiatric hospital settings as well as school districts. I have supported clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship issues, parenting challenges, career difficulties, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, ADHD, and more. Additionally, I have helped many individuals who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional abuse. My counseling style is warm, interactive, and focused on meeting you where you are in life to help you transition into the life you have always known you could live. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I do not label people, nor will I allow you to label yourself based on your mental illness or current situation.
