I am a licensed mental health therapist in Georgia with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and 8 years of experience working as a psycho counselor and life coach. I have supported clients facing a wide range of concerns, including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, career obstacles, OCD, ADHD, and much more.
My therapy style is client-centered and easy to talk to, but I’m here to help you, so I will offer honest, straightforward feedback. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I reject stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral techniques, client- or family-centered care, and solution-focused strategies. I tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Dezirae listens with an open mind. She suggests different ways to look at a problem and solutions that might apply to resolving the issue. When the session reaches the ends, she gives homework to help with the focus of our next session. She is easy to talk to and makes me feel very comfortable sharing my situation and feelings.
