What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to care is warm, empathetic, and inviting, with a strong focus on meeting each client where they are. I believe that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is essential, as it creates a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions. Through compassionate and supportive conversations, we will navigate life's transitions together while working to gain clarity, build confidence, and strengthen resilience. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we will focus on fostering personal growth, enhancing emotional well-being, and creating a greater sense of fulfillment in your everyday life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we will take time to get to know one another and talk about what brought you to therapy. This is a relaxed, supportive conversation with no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with. I will also walk you through how the therapy process works so you have a clear understanding of what to expect moving forward. Together, we will begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and important to you. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and at ease as we begin this journey, always moving at a pace that feels right for you.
